Payments, Purchases and Refunds
This page describes how purchases and payments work in practice: what is on sale, what each action costs, how a purchase reaches your Account, and what happens when something goes wrong. It is a plain-language companion to the Terms of Service, which remain the binding agreement between you and us.
The amounts on this page are read from the running service, so they are the ones actually in force right now.
1. What You Can Buy
Two things are for sale, and both are optional — the Services can be used without paying.
- Coins — the in-service balance spent on individual actions, sold in packs of 100, 200, 500 coins.
- Premium access — a subscription bought for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 months.
Prices are set by us, on our servers. Your browser only names the pack or plan you picked; it cannot propose a price, and an order is created from our catalog rather than from anything sent by the client.
2. Prices and Currency
All prices are stated and charged in US dollars (USD). The exact amount is shown to you at checkout, before you confirm and before any payment is taken.
Prices may differ between regions, so the amount shown to you may not be the amount shown to someone else. The price you see at checkout is the price for your Account.
Your payment provider or bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees, and the amount that leaves your account in your local currency may therefore differ from the USD figure. Fees and taxes are addressed in Section 12.9 of the Terms.
3. How You Pay
Checkout happens on the payment provider's own hosted page. The following methods are available:
- Cryptocurrency. You are redirected to the payment provider's page and pay to the address it shows. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us or by the provider once they are made, so please check the amount and the address before you send anything.
We do not store your payment details, and we never charge a payment method on our own initiative. Every purchase is started by you and paid for on the provider's page at that moment.
4. When Your Purchase Arrives
Purchases are credited automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment, which usually takes a few minutes. Card payments normally confirm within moments; cryptocurrency payments wait for network confirmation and can take longer.
Crediting does not depend on you staying on the page: you may close the browser after paying, and the purchase will still arrive.
Every order is credited exactly once. We confirm each payment directly with the provider before crediting anything, so a repeated or delayed notification cannot grant a purchase twice, and a notification we cannot confirm grants nothing at all.
If the amount settled does not match the order, nothing is credited automatically and the payment is held for review. Write to us and we will resolve it manually.
If a payment left your account and nothing arrived after a reasonable wait, contact [email protected] with the email address on your Account, the date, the amount and — if you have it — the order or transaction reference from the provider.
5. Coins and What They Are Spent On
5.1 Starting balance. Every new Account is credited 100 coins on registration, at no cost. You can use the Services with that balance before deciding whether to buy anything.
5.1a Daily bonus. Once per calendar day (UTC) you can claim a free bonus of coins from your chats page. The amount grows with the number of days you claim in a row — 30 over a full streak — and returns to the smallest amount if you miss a day. The bonus is a free credit, is not purchased, and carries no cash value; we may change or withdraw it at any time.
5.2 What coins are spent on. Coins are debited only for the actions listed here, and only when you take them:
- Sending a message — 1 coin per message you send. There is no daily message limit; your balance is the only limit.
- Receiving a photo — 15 coins per photo actually delivered to you. A photo is only ever charged for after you ask for it, either with the photo button or by confirming an offer in the chat; the price is shown on the button before you tap it.
- Sending a gift — the price of the gift you choose, shown in the picker before you send it (see the list below).
- The in-chat mini-game — you stake coins on a spin and may win coins back or lose the stake.
A message, a photo and a gift are separate actions charged separately; sending a gift or asking for a photo is not additionally charged as a message.
5.3 Gift prices.
- Rose — 10 coins
- Lollipop — 15 coins
- Bouquet — 25 coins
- Chocolates — 40 coins
- Teddy bear — 60 coins
- Perfume — 100 coins
- Ring — 200 coins
- Sports car — 1000 coins
5.4 What coins are not. Coins are not money and have no cash value. They do not expire, remain available for as long as your Account is open, and are unaffected by a subscription starting or ending. They belong to your Account and cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for cash, redeemed or traded (see Section 12.8 of the Terms).
6. What a Subscription Unlocks
An active subscription is what makes photos available at all. Without one, the photo button and any photo offer in the chat lead to the subscription prompt instead of a photo.
A subscription does not make photos free: it unlocks them, and each delivered photo still costs 15 coins. Buying a subscription without coins, or coins without a subscription, will not produce a photo on its own.
Messages and gifts do not require a subscription — they are paid for with coins alone.
7. Subscription Term: No Automatic Renewal
Your subscription does not renew automatically, and you will never be charged again without buying again. A subscription is a one-time purchase of a fixed term.
- We do not store your payment details and cannot charge you on our own initiative.
- Nothing recurring is set up at the payment provider on your behalf.
- There is nothing to cancel, and no cancellation deadline to watch: a term that is not bought again simply ends.
When the term expires, the Account returns to the free version by itself. Premium features stop being available, and your coin balance is untouched — coins are not affected by a subscription ending.
Buying a subscription while one is still active adds the new term to the end of the current one, so no paid time is lost by buying early.
Your current plan and the date it ends are shown in your Account profile.
8. When Coins Come Back Automatically
Some returns need no request — the service makes them itself, so that a failure on our side never costs you coins:
- If a message cannot be saved after it was charged for, the charge is reversed.
- If a reply fails to generate, retrying it is free: the retry does not create a new message and is not charged again.
- If a photo is charged for but generation or delivery then fails, the coins are returned.
- If your balance is too low for an action, the action does not happen and nothing is debited. You are shown the top-up option instead, and a photo you could not pay for is not delivered.
These automatic returns are made in coins, to the same Account. They are not refunds of money — for those, see the next section.
9. Refunds and Chargebacks
9.1 Requesting a refund. Refund requests are handled by our support team. Write to [email protected] from, or quoting, the email address on your Account, and include the date, the amount and — if you have it — the order or transaction reference. We review requests in a timely and fair manner. There is no automatic refund button: every request is looked at by a person.
9.2 Cryptocurrency payments. Payments made in cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so please check the details before paying.
9.3 Coins already spent. Coin purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law, and coins that have already been spent cannot be restored. Coins do not expire, so an unused balance is not lost.
9.4 EU, EEA and UK consumers. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal, along with the rules on when it is lost because supply began immediately. Those rules are set out in full in Section 13.3 of the Terms, and nothing on this page limits any statutory right you have.
9.5 Chargebacks. If a charge concerns you, please contact us before asking your bank or provider to reverse it — most cases are a delayed credit or an unrecognized descriptor and are resolved in a message or two. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your Account being suspended while the matter is reviewed, and we dispute chargebacks we believe to be unjustified. The full position is in Section 14 of the Terms.
